I inspire women to find balance with nutritional therapy, movement and wellbeing.

Do you struggle not knowing how and what to eat to achieve balance? Perhaps you have followed unsustainable diets or workouts, find yourself under-eating or overeating. Maybe your digestion feels off, you experience skin issues or hormonal imbalances? Do you feel too stressed but can’t find the right solution?

Whether you want to feel balanced in exercise, hormones, skin and mood- I’m here for you.

I offer tailored nutritional therapy and private yoga to help you get back to balance.


I qualified in 2019 as a yoga instructor in Paris and in 2023 as a Naturopathic Nutritionist from CNM London.

Upon graduation, I worked at Optibac Probiotics as a Nutritionist. Now I have my own practice based in Bristol, UK and online where I receive private clients as well as teaching group yoga classes.

I have a special interest in women’s health as I have had my own issues in this area such as irregular periods, poor skin and low mood. Yoga and wellbeing rituals have helped me to connect body and mind, complementary to nutritional therapy and balancing my own issues.

I am training as a Barre Fitness instructor and reiki alongside teaching yoga which I will be adding to my offerings soon.

I have helped women with digestion, hormone dysregulation, skin issues and stress. My two main areas of expertise are women’s health and gut health.
